LPC:
Licensed Professional Counselor.
This is the full professional license which is awarded after
all the LAPC criteria are met and the following professional
supervision requirements have been satisfied.

hours of direct supervision during the two-year LAPC -
60 of those hours must be individual, face-to-face supervision
by a qualified supervisor. |

hours of client counseling contact for the two-year LAPC
supervisory period. |

A
signed recommendation for LPC licensure by the supervising
professional. |
This
form is used when applying for LPC from LAPC. Those
making initial application for ND licensure must use the
application found on the LAPC page, even if application is
for LPC status.
