Professional Development Award

THE AWARD

This award was established in December of 1975 by the Board of Directors of the North Dakota Technology Education Association (formerly the NDIAA).  It is to be given whenever deemed necessary by the Board of Directors of NDTEA to individuals who have contributed to the growth of Technology Education in North Dakota.

SELECTION REQUIREMENTS

  1. The recipient is to be recognized for leadership in or contribution for technology education in North Dakota.

  2. Membership in NDTEA is not required.

SELECTION PROCESS

  1. Selection of recipient(s) to be made by the Board of Directors at the December  meeting.

  2. Any board member can submit the name of a candidate along with a resume or oral explanation on the individual.

  3. Presentation of the award to be made at the next annual meeting of NDTEA by the president of the association.

  4. News release will be in the association newsletter.
